近日,德國萊因TÜV大中華區(以下簡稱「TÜV萊因」)在合肥舉行頒證儀式,為陽光氫能科技有限公司 (以下簡稱「陽光氫能」) 的「SHM1000A壓力型鹼性水電解製氫系統」頒發了 2PfG CH0031的氫安全認證,展現陽光氫能柔性製氫系統在系統安全方面的領先性,成為其安全領域的重要里程碑。

此次認證過程中,TÜV萊因依據中歐美相關及產業優秀工程實務,結合系統分析及測試驗證,對陽光氫能「SHM1000A壓力型鹼性水電解製氫系統」進行了系統層級的綜合安全評估,除過常規認證要項工作外,評估內容還綜合覆蓋製氫系統及關鍵子系統全生命週期,包括關鍵子系統設計評估、製氫系統製造程序控制評估及預設應用場域營運安全符合性。

「祝賀陽光氫能鹼性水電解製氫系統獲頒安全認證證書,這證明了其在系統設計安全性上已達到產業先進標準」,TÜV萊因大中華區工業服務與資訊安全事業群副總裁陳偉康博士表示,「尤其是智慧氫能管理系統具備的監測、預警、控制等功能,不僅提升了製氫系統的運轉效率,更再塑了一重安全保護層。」

TÜV萊因在2021年重磅發佈了「氫能技術路線圖」,呈現從氫能生產到應用的一站式專業技術服務,覆蓋氫能產業的 製-儲-運-用 全價值鏈,包括製氫系統安全及綠色、儲氫系統、閥門管道氫瓶、加氫站、燃料電池汽車、供應鏈等領域,為氫能產業鏈各環節企業提供技術支援和安全保障。

TÜV萊因能源及環保處總經理高鴻鈞表示,「TÜV萊因具有完整的氫能產業鏈技術服務,包括在安全、品質及脫碳的三大層面,尤其是在電解水製氫系統領域,TÜV萊因於2022年4月發佈了「電解水製氫系統安全技術要求指南」(技術標準2PfG CH0031),並在2022年更新發佈了 TÜV 萊因低碳氫標準 H2.21 V2.0,為綠色氫能利用水電解製氫系統制定安全、低碳、效能管理等方面的要求和應用指南,助力提高製氫系統安全綠色及永續應用發展。」

Recently, TÜV Rheinland Greater China (TÜV Rheinland) held a certification ceremony in Hefei, awarding the hydrogen safety certification to the “SHM1000A Pressure-Type Alkaline Water Electrolysis Hydrogen Production System” of Sungrow Hydrogen Sci. & Tech. Co., Ltd (Sungrow Hydrogen) based on 2PfG CH0031. This demonstrates the leading safety performance of Sungrow Power Hydrogen’s flexible hydrogen production system and marks a significant milestone in its safety field.

During the certification process, TÜV Rheinland conducted a comprehensive safety assessment of Sungrow Hydrogen’s system based on best engineering practices from China, Europe, and the United States, combined system analysis and testing verification. Beyond regular certification tasks, the evaluation also comprehensively covered the entire lifecycle of the hydrogen production system and its key subsystems. This includes assessment of the design of key subsystems, control evaluation of the hydrogen production system manufacturing process, and operational safety compliance in predetermined application areas.

“Congratulations to Sungrow Hydrogen’s alkaline water electrolysis hydrogen production system on receiving the hydrogen safety certification. This proves that its system design safety has reached the advanced industrial standards,” said Dr. Chen Weikang, Vice President of TÜV Rheinland Greater China Industrial Service & Cybersecurity. “Especially the intelligent hydrogen management system’s monitoring, early warning, and control functions can not only improve the operating efficiency of the hydrogen production system but also add another layer of safety protection.”

As a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sungrow Power Co., Ltd. (Sungrow Power), Sungrow Hydrogen was established in June 2021, focusing on research on renewable energy water electrolysis hydrogen production technology. Highlights of TÜV Rheinland’s Hydrogen Industry Chain Technical Services:

In 2021, TÜV Rheinland released the “Hydrogen Technology Roadmap,” showcasing one-stop professional technical services from hydrogen production to application, covering the entire value chain of hydrogen production, storage, transportation, application, including hydrogen production system safety and green, hydrogen storage systems, valves, pipelines, hydrogen cylinders, refueling stations, fuel cell vehicles, supply chain, etc., providing technical support and safety protection for entreprises at all stages of the hydrogen industry chain.

TÜV Rheinland has comprehensive hydrogen industry chain technical services, including in the three major areas of safety, quality, and decarbonization. Especially in the field of water electrolysis hydrogen production systems, TÜV Rheinland released the ‘Water Electrolysis Hydrogen Production System Safety Technical Requirements Guide’ (Technical Standard 2PfG CH0031) in April 2022 and updated and released the TÜV Rheinland Low Carbon Hydrogen Standard H2.21 V2.0 in 2022, setting requirements and application guidelines in terms of safety, low carbon, and efficiency management for green hydrogen utilization water electrolysis hydrogen production systems, helping to improve the safe, green, and sustainable application development of hydrogen production systems.
