TÜV萊茵上海生物降解實驗室自2011年籌備成立至今剛好走過了10個年頭，回望過往，從無到有，倍感深刻。堅持和恆心，歷練和積澱終究換來了收穫，如今TÜV萊茵生物降解測試已經得到了全球廣泛的認可，廠商憑藉TÜV萊茵出具的合格的生物降解測試報告，可向國際知名的生物降解協會和第三方認證機構申請相應的堆肥認證標識和證書；TÜV萊茵也成為業界專業可信賴的第三方生物降解檢測認證服務提供商。

為了滿足不斷增長的市場需求，上海生物降解實驗室進行了擴容，擴容後的實驗室總面積約1200平方米，一批次最多可以安排約140個降解測試，70個崩解測試。能為客戶提供更及時更專業的一站式生物降解測試認證服務。

我們的服務

生物降解實驗室可為所有終端產品、中間物( 如膜)、材料( 如粒子)、添加劑( 如油墨、色母) 等提供工業堆肥和家庭堆肥測試服務，驗證產品在這兩種堆肥條件下的生物降解能力。

在TÜV萊茵生物降解實驗室10週年之際，收到了一份珍貴的生日禮物 – 喜獲JBPA (日本生物塑料協會) 將萊茵上海生物降解實驗室列入認可實驗室名單，認可範圍如下：

● 常規化學分析

● ISO 14855-1 生物降解能力測試

● ISO 16929 崩解能力測試

● OECD 208 植物毒性測試

 

德國萊茵TÜV 集團旗下的DIN CERTCO（德國標準化學會認證中心）具有20 多年的可堆肥認證經驗。除自身提供認證服務，同時可為歐洲生物塑料協會(EUBP)、澳大利亞生物塑料協會(ABA) 和美國生物降解產品學會(BPI) 等團體提供認證的技術評估服務。日本生物塑料協會(JBPA) 生物降解塑料認證也採納DIN CERTCO 認可實驗室出具的報告， DIN CERTCO 管理這四種國際公認的工業堆肥標誌的認證，兩種家庭堆肥標誌認證和其他環境認證如生物基

TÜV Rheinland Biodegradation Testing Laboratory’s 10th Anniversary

It has been 10 years since the TÜV Rheinland Shanghai Biodegradation Testing Laboratory was established in 2011. Looking back on the past, seeing the facility grown from nothing, the emotions are deeply felt. Persistence and perseverance, experience and accumulation have in the end paid off. Today TÜV Rheinland’s biodegradation testing is widely recognized worldwide. With a qualified biodegradation test report issued by TÜV Rheinland, manufacturers can apply for corresponding compost certification marks and certificates from internationally renowned biodegradation associations and third-party certification bodies; TÜV Rheinland has also become a professional and reliable third-party biodegradation testing and certification service provider for the industry.

In order to meet the growing market demand, the Shanghai Biodegradation Testing Laboratory has now been expanded. After the expansion, the total area of the laboratory is about 1,200 square meters. Up to 140 degradation tests and 70 disintegration tests can be arranged in one batch. Customers are provided with more timely and professional one-stop biodegradation testing and certification services.

Our Services

The Shanghai Biodegradation Testing Laboratory can provide industrial composting and home composting test services for all end products, intermediates (e.g. foils), materials (e.g. granules), additives (e.g. inks and master batches), verifying the biodegradability of products under these two composting conditions.

On the 10th anniversary of the TÜV Rheinland Shanghai Biodegradation Testing Laboratory, we have received a precious birthday gift – the JBPA (Japan Bioplastics Association ) has added the TÜVR Shanghai lab to its approved lab list. Our accreditation scope covers the following：

● General chemical analysis

● ISO 14855-1 Biodegradability Testing

● ISO 16929 Disintegration Testing

● OECD 208 Plant Growth Non-ecotoxicity Testing

 

DIN CERTCO, a subsidiary of the TÜV Rheinland Group, has more than 20 years of experience in composting certification. In addition to providing its own certification services, it can also provide technical assessment services to groups such as the European Bioplastics e.V. (EUBP), Australasian Bioplastics Association (ABA), and Biodegradable Products Institute (BPI). The Japan Bioplastics Association (JBPA) also accepts reports issued by DIN CERTCO accredited laboratories for its Biodegradable Plastics certification. DIN CERTCO is now managing the above-mentioned certifications for four internationally recognized industrial composting marks, two home composting marks, and other environmental certifications, such as bio-based certifications.
