自2026年3月23日起，德國萊因TÜV獲得授權，可以為指定區域出口肯亞的產品簽發符合性證書（CoC），為中國企業出海非洲提供更高效、更權威、更便捷的一站式合規解決方案。

Major Announcement! The Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS) has officially granted TÜV Rheinland the qualification of a third-party inspection body for the PVOC program.

Starting from March 23, 2026, TÜV Rheinland is authorized to issue Certificates of Conformity (CoC) for products exported to Kenya from designated areas, providing Chinese enterprises with a more efficient, authoritative, and convenient one-stop compliance solution for entering the African market.

根據肯亞標準局（KEBS）的監管要求，為確保產品品質、消費者健康安全及生態環境保護，所有列入管控清單的產品，在出口肯亞前必須完成符合性評定並獲得相應的認證檔，方可順利清關。

According to the regulatory requirements of the Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS), in order to ensure product quality, consumer health and safety, and ecological environmental protection, all products listed in the controlled list must complete conformity assessment and obtain the corresponding certification documents before exporting to Kenya to ensure smooth customs clearance.

As an officially authorized agency by KEBS, TÜV Rheinland will provide professional product testing and inspection services for enterprises and directly issue conformity certificates, helping export products efficiently meet the market access requirements of Kenya and achieve smooth customs clearance. At the same time, TÜV Rheinland can also provide voluntary Certificate of Conformity (CoC) services for products outside the controlled list.
