2026年1月28日，玻利維亞電信與運輸監管局（ATT）更新了電信設備型式認證清單。共包含電話類、電視廣播設備、聲音廣播設備、地面站設備、收發器與發射機、數據網路設備、複用器、光線路終端等8大類、58類產品。

On January 28, 2026, the Bolivian Telecommunications and Transport Regulatory Authority (ATT) updated the list of telecommunications equipment for homologation. It includes a total of 58 sub categories of products in 8 parent categories, including telephones, TV broadcasting equipment, sound broadcasting equipment, ground station equipment, transceivers and transmitters, data network equipment, multiplexers, and optical line terminals.

通訊事務管理局辦公室（OFCA）宣布決定事先同意中國移動香港有限公司（移動香港）的申請，允許其於2026年6月23日停止提供第二代行動通訊（2G）服務。

The Office of the Communications Authority (OFCA) announced the Communications Authority (CA)’s decision to grant prior consent to China Mobile Hong Kong Company Limited (CMHK) for its application to cease the provision of second generation mobile (2G) services on 23 June 2026.

印度通訊部將5925–6425MHz頻段用於免執照應用

2026年1月20日，印度通訊部發布公告，將5925–6425 MHz頻段用於免執照應用（如 Wi-Fi 6E 等）。公告中將此頻段的免執照設備分為兩類，其中低功率室內設備（LPI）最高允許30 dBm 的 EIRP，而甚低功率室外設備最高允許14 dBm 的 EIRP。此頻段不得用於無人機、車輛、船舶及一定飛行高度以下的飛機（10000 英尺以上的飛機可使用）。公告中亦附有型號核准申請表。公告自發布之日起生效。

On January 20, 2026, the Ministry of Communications of India issued an announcement to use the frequency band 5925-6425MHz for license-free applications (Wi-Fi 6E, etc.). The announcement divides this band into two categories of license-free equipment, with low-power indoor equipment (LPI) allowing an EIRP of up to 30dBm and very low-power outdoor equipment allowing an EIRP of up to 14dBm. This band cannot be used for drones, vehicles, ships, and aircraft below a certain flight altitude (aircraft above 10,000 feet can be used). The announcement also includes a type approval application form. The announcement is effective from the date of publication.

The Telecom Engineering Centre (TEC) has officially issued an updated version of the Essential Requirements (ER) for IP Security Equipment on 01 February 2026. This update introduces four new variants under the scope of IP security compliance:
1.Data Loss Prevention Equipment
2.Network Data Encryption Equipment
3.Secure Telemetry Equipment
4.Secure Web Gateway Equipment
The mandatory compliance date for these newly introduced variants is expected to be notified by TEC soon. We will share further updates as soon as the mandatory compliance timeline is officially released.

印度發布通知，提醒製造商注意同一型號設備重複申請認證的問題。

通知建議原始設備製造商（OEM）不要就同一型號且已取得有效合格評定證書的設備重複提交認證申請。如在任何階段發現 OEM 就同一型號設備提交了多份認證申請，所有正在處理中的申請將被駁回，且已授予該 OEM 同一型號設備的合格評定證書也將被取消。

India publishes Notice for multiple applications for the same equipment with the same model number to MTCTE.
OEMs are advised not to make multiple applications for the same equipment with the same model number which already has a valid certificate of Conformity Assessment. If any such application(s)/certificate(s) exist, the same may be informed by e-mail to adgtc2-tec-dot@gov.in by 31st January, 2026.
Subsequently, if at any stage it is detected that OEM has applied for multiple applications for the same equipment with the same model number, all such applications under process will be rejected and the Certificate already granted to the OEM for the same equipment with the same model number will be cancelled.

印度電子資訊科技部（MeitY）於2026年2月2日發布修訂版通知，更新先前於2025年11月26日發布的關於 ER 認證 IP 攝影機軟體更新流程的相關規定。
此次修訂的主要目的是給予原始設備製造商（OEM）更多時間處理相關問題，並確保設備持續保持安全、即時更新且符合相關法規要求。

修訂重點摘要：
• 延長期限：EoL元件庫的更新期限由原先的6個月延長至1年，且韌體更新須在此1年期限屆滿前完成。
• 測試條款更明確：受測產品可受益於延長的期限，使認證流程更加順暢；但若在測試或驗證過程中發現任何漏洞，產品仍將被視為不符合法規要求。
• 其他要求維持不變：除上述修訂外，其餘要求維持不變，本次通知主要是進一步釐清相關規定。

The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) has issued a revised notification dated 02/02/2026, updating its earlier circular dated 26/11/2025 regarding the software update process for ER-Certified IP Cameras.
The main objective of this revision is to give OEMs additional time to address issues and ensure that devices remain secure, up to date, and compliant.
Only the key changes are highlighted below. All other provisions remain unchanged.
Key Differences Between the Original and Revised Circulars

Summary of Revisions:
•Extended Timeline: The deadline to update EoL libraries has been extended from 6 months to 1 year. Firmware updates must be completed before the end of this 1 year.
•Clearer Testing Provisions: Products under testing now benefit from the extended timeline, making the certification process smoother. However, any vulnerability found during testing or verification will result in non-compliance.
•No Other Changes: All other requirements remain the same, with improved clarity in the revised notification.

由於800 MHz頻段的數位 MCA 系統將於2029年5月底停止服務，日本將制定800 MHz頻段三維定位系統及800 MHz頻段寬頻低功率無線系統的技術標準，以便在騰出的頻譜上啟用。

Japan will amend the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Radio Act, etc. to establish technical standards for the 800 MHz band three-dimensional positioning system and the 800 MHz band broadband low-power wireless system.
Since the 800 MHz band digital MCA system will end its service at the end of May 2029, Japan will establish technical standards for the 800 MHz band three-dimensional positioning system and the 800 MHz band broadband low-power wireless system to be introduced in the vacated spectrum.

隨著920 MHz頻段空間傳輸無線電力傳輸系統日益普及，提高其安裝靈活性並擴展應用範圍的需求也逐漸增加。因此，日本計畫制定相關技術標準，使其可應用於戶外環境，並允許其作為具輸出功率限制的特定低功率無線電台運作。

Japan will amend the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Radio Act, etc. to establish technical standards of the 920 MHz band spatial transmission wireless power transfer system for the outdoor use and for specified low-power radio stations.
As the 920 MHz band spatial transmission wireless power transfer system becomes more widespread, there is a growing need to improve installation flexibility and expand its range of applications. Therefore, Japan will establish technical standards that enable outdoor use and allow operation as a specified low-power radio station with output limitations.

On January 14, 2026, the National Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology Supervision (ANRCETI) of Moldova issued a circular. The announcement announced that ANRCETI has been renamed the National Communications Regulatory Authority (ARCOM) with effect from January 1, 2026. ARCOM will continue to fulfil all of ANRCETI’s responsibilities and commitments.

韓國無線電研究院（National Radio Research Agency, RRA）於2026年2月25日發布終端設備符合性評估測試方法（KS X 3078）部分修訂通知。為避免《終端裝置技術基準》修訂（2025年12月22日修訂，2026年6月23日施行）後，在適合性評估試驗適用上產生混淆，現就與 IP 攝影機相關之終端裝置適合性評估試驗方法（KS X 3078）部分修訂內容，先行如下實施，敬請業務參考辦理。

標準名稱： 數位廣播通信及綜合資訊通信設備之終端裝置適合性評估試驗方法（KS X 3078）

修訂內容： 第7章 影像資訊處理設備之密碼相關事項
－因應《終端裝置技術基準》第29條第2項及第3項之新增規定，修訂並新增試驗程序，以確認 IP 攝影機等影像資訊處理設備是否遵守密碼設定原則。

施行日期：自2026年6月23日起適用

實施期間：至國家標準修訂完成為止

Korea National Radio Research Agency(RRA) published Notice of Partial Amendment and Implementation of the Conformity Assessment Test Method for Terminal Equipment (KS X 3078).
In order to prevent confusion in the application of conformity assessment testing following the amendment to the Technical Standards for Terminal Equipment (amended on Dec. 22, 2025; effective on June 23, 2026), the partial amendment to the Conformity Assessment Test Method (KS X 3078) related to IP camera terminal equipment shall be implemented in advance as follows.
a. Standard Title: Conformity Assessment Test Method for Terminal Equipment for Digital Broadcasting Communication and Comprehensive Information & Communication Facilities (KS X 3078).
b. Amendment Details: Chapter 7 – Matters Related to Passwords for Image Information Processing Devices.
– In accordance with the newly established Paragraphs 2 and 3 of Article 29 of the Technical Standards for Terminal Equipment, test procedures have been revised and newly established to verify compliance with password-setting principles for image information processing devices such as IP cameras.
c. Effective Date: Applicable from June 23, 2026
d. Implementation Period: Until completion of the revision of the national standard

On January 9, 2026, the UK Communications Authority (Ofcom) launched a public consultation to discuss the enabling of the Automatic Frequency Coordination (AFC) system in the 5925-7125 MHz (6 GHz) band. Ofcom published a public consultation paper on February 13, 2025 for the entire 6 GHz band, proposing the introduction of AFC-controlled standard power Wi-Fi (up to 36 dBm) on the lower 6 GHz, including outdoor use. This new public consultation has confirmed the use of AFC systems in the 5925MHz-6425MHz bands and allows for standard power Wi-Fi devices and allows outdoor use.

巴西冰箱國家節能標籤新規於2026年1月1日正式生效

自2026年1月1日起，巴西冰箱國家節能標籤（ENCE）新規正式生效。該新規由 INMETRO 第332/2021號及第736/2024號法令制定。

主要變更包括取消 A+、A++ 和 A+++ 三個子等級，改以 A、B和C 三個能源效率等級取代。新等級制度與國際標準以及能源效率指標與等級管理委員會（CGIEE）制定的最低能源效率標準保持一致。

Starting from January 1, 2026, the new rules for the National Energy Conservation Label (ENCE) for refrigerators in Brazil will come into effect, as established by INMETRO Ordinances No. 332/2021 and No. 736/2024.
The main changes include the elimination of the A+, A++, and A+++ subclasses, which will be replaced by only three energy efficiency classes: A, B, and C, aligned with international standards and the minimum efficiency levels defined by the Energy Efficiency Indicators and Levels Management Committee (CGIEE).
The new label also adopts the technical standards IEC 62552-2:2020 and IEC 62552-3:2020, and advises consumers to pay attention to the energy efficiency class and monthly energy consumption in kWh to make more conscious and economical choices.

電氣用品安全標準1項修訂公告－關於 KC 60335-2-29

韓國國家標準與技術研究院（KATS）發布第2026-23號公告，依據《電器與消費品安全管理法》第5條第3款、第15條第4款及第23條第4款，對電器安全標準 KC 60335-2-29 家用及類似用途電器安全 第2-29部分：電池充電器的特殊要求進行修訂。本次修訂主要是為了更新安全標準，使其符合《國際電器安全管理公約》。修訂內容包括更新引用的 IEC 標準版本、Scope、術語定義等。本通知自發布日2026年2月5日起生效。

而現行安全標準（第2025-402號通知）將持續有效一年，至2027年2月5日止。

The Korea Agency for Technology and Standards (KATS) has issued Notice No. 2026-23.
Pursuant to Article 5(3), Article 15(4), and Article 23(4) of the Electrical Appliances and Consumer Products Safety Control Act, KATS has amended the electrical safety standard KC 60335-2-29, Safety of household and similar electrical appliances – Part 2-29: Particular requirements for battery chargers.
The purpose of the amendment is to update the safety standard in order to align with the International Convention on Electrical Safety Management. The revisions include updates to the referenced IEC standards, the scope, terminology and definitions, among other changes.
This notice shall take effect on February 5, 2026, the date of its promulgation.
The current safety standard (Notice No. 2025-402) shall remain valid for one year, until February 5, 2027.

本次對《能源利用合理化法》實施細則的修訂旨在透過將待機功耗降低、待機功耗警示標籤以及高效能設備認證等產品分類重新整合為一個綜合性的上位分類體系，以提升行政效率。

Korea announced Notice of Legislative Preliminary Proposal for Partial Amendment to the Enforcement Decree of the Energy Utilization Rationalization Act.
The amendment to the “”Enforcement Rules of the Energy Use Rationalization Act”” aims to enhance administrative efficiency by reorganizing the classification of products subject to standby power reduction, standby power warning labels, and high-efficiency energy equipment certification into a comprehensive upper classification system.
Detailed specifications for these products will be delegated to the Ministry of Climate, Energy, and Environment for notification.
Key changes include revising and simplifying related provisions (Articles 13, 14, and 20) and updating annexes to align with the overarching law.

要點：
• 測試標準：容量須依照IS 16047（第3部分）第7.3.1條進行測量。
• 生效日期：2027年5月1日，適用於新註冊、新增及續約。
• 現有許可證：現有註冊在有效期限內仍然有效，但在監督期間抽查的型號須通過容量驗證。

測試變更：
• 增加樣品數量：實驗室測試需要更多樣品。
• 延長測試時間：測試時間將延長，以配合容量測量流程。

後續步驟：
• 等待印度標準局（BIS）發布修訂後的測試報告格式（TRF）及實施指南。
• 指南發布後，製造商應準備更新所有可攜式鋰離子電池應用的合規性。

To address frequent misdeclaration of battery capacities, MeitY now mandates formal verification of rated capacity for sealed secondary lithium cells and batteries under IS 16046 (Part 2).
Key point:
•Testing Standard: Capacity must be measured per Clause 7.3.1 of IS 16047 (Part 3).
•Effective Date: May 1, 2027, for new registrations, inclusions, and renewals.
•Current Licenses: Existing registrations remain valid until expiry, but models picked during surveillance must pass capacity verification.
Changes in Testing:
•Higher Sample Quantity: More units will be required for lab testing.
•Extended Timelines: Testing durations will increase to accommodate the measurement process.
Next Steps:
•Await the revised Test Report Format (TRF) and implementation guidelines from BIS.
•Manufacturers should prepare to update compliance for all portable Li-ion applications once guidelines are released.

越南發布第56/2025/TT-BKHCN號通知，頒布關於 LED 照明產品電磁安全與電磁相容性的國家技術法規QCVN 19:2025/BKHCN。

該法規將自2026年6月1日起適用於附件1所列的 LED 照明產品，但海關編碼為 9405.11.99 的 LED 照明產品除外。

海關編碼9405.11.99的 LED 照明產品將自2027年1月1日起開始實施。

Vietnam publishes Circular No. 56/2025/TT-BKHCN promulgating the National Technical Regulation QCVN 19:2025/BKHCN on Electromagnetic Safety and Compatibility for LED Lighting Products.
It implements on Jun-1 of 2026 for LED lighting products in annex 1, except for LED lighting products with HS code 9405.11.99.
For LED lighting products with HS code 9405.11.99, implements on Jan-1 of 2027.

中國質量認證中心發布關於有害物質限制使用（RoHS）認證規則修訂的通知

2026年1月4日，中國質量認證中心（CQC）於其官方網站發布「關於有害物質限制使用（RoHS）認證規則修訂的通知」。

依據認監委自願性認證備案要求，CQC 產品認證六部依據標準變更內容，已完成 CQC21-020304-2011《有害物質限制使用（RoHS）認證規則》 的修訂工作，涉及業務類別號：130101、130102、130103。現將修訂內容及實施要求通知如下：

一、主要修訂內容

調整認證模式為：產品檢測＋初始工廠檢查＋獲證後監督；

規則名稱變更為「有害物質限制使用（RoHS）認證規則」；

依據標準由 GB/T 26572-2011（含1號修改單）修改為 GB 26572-2025；

新增初始工廠檢查及獲證後監督相關內容，並新增附件1「工廠品質保證能力要求」。

二、實施要求

自2026年2月1日起，須依新版規則實施認證並出具相關標準報告。

對於已依舊版規則取得證書的產品，認證證書（3年期證書）持有人可向 CQC 提交變更申請。CQC 將依企業獲證情況更新相關標準報告，經評定合格後換發新證書。

一年期證書可自然過渡至新版規則。

On January 4, 2026, the China Quality Certification Center (CQC) issued the “”Notice on Revision of the Restricted Use of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) Certification Rules”” on its official website. According to the voluntary certification filing requirements of the CNCA, the Product Certification Department of the China Quality Certification Center (hereinafter referred to as CQC) has completed the revision of CQC21-020304-2011 “”Restricted Use of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) Certification Rules”” according to the content of the standard changes, involving business category numbers: 130101, 130102, 130103. The revision content and implementation requirements are hereby notified as follows:
1. Main revisions
1) Adjust the certification mode as: product testing + initial factory inspection + post-certification supervision;
2) The name of the rule is changed to “”Restriction of Use of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) Certification Rules””;
3) According to the standard GB/T 26572-2011 (including the No. 1 amendment form), it is modified to GB 26572-2025;
4) Increase the content of initial factory inspection and certification supervision, and add Annex 1, factory quality assurance capability requirements.
2. Implementation requirements
1) From February 1, 2026, the new version of the rules shall be adopted to implement certification and issue international standard reports.
2) For products that have been certified according to the old version of the rules, the holder of the certification certificate (3-year certificate) can submit a change application to CQC, and CQC will update the international standard report according to the certification status of the enterprise, and replace the certificate after conformity assessment.
3) The one-year certificate can be transitioned naturally.

烏茲別克政府於2026年2月17日發佈第66號決議，正式推遲了原定於2026年實施的RoHS有害物質限制技術法規 (第517號決議)。這項規範家用電器、IT設備等產品的限制法規，新的強制實施日期已延後至2027年2月17日。

The Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan published Resolution No. 66 on February 17, 2026, which postpones the implementation date of the Technical Regulation on Limiting the Use of Hazardous Substances in Electrical Engineering and Radio electronic Products. The Technical Regulation will now come into effect on February 17, 2027.

India publishes Guidelines for transition to Revised IS/IEC 61730-1 : 2023 and IS/IEC 61730-2: 2023 from IS/IEC 61730-1 : 2016 and IS/IEC 61730-2: 2016 Photovoltaic (PV) module safety qualification – Part 1: Requirements for construction & Part 2: Requirements for testing.
The concurrent running of the two sets of Standards is up to 15 Feb 2027. 2016 version standards will be completely replaced by 2023 version standards by Feb-15 of 2027.

【法規草案】韓國發布行政通知，針對「無需申報即可設立之無線電台無線設備技術標準」提出部分修訂。

本次修訂旨在放寬對使用工業及消費頻段之無線設備（如 Wi-Fi、藍牙以及用於引導視障人士的設備）的使用規定。其目的是透過允許共享電視空白頻段（TVWS）頻率，支持新興產業發展，促進相關產品市場成長，並提升使用者便利性。

Korea published Administrative Notice on Partial Revision of Technical Standards for Wireless Facilities for Wireless Stations That Can Be Established Without Reporting.
The proposed amendment to the “”Technical Standards for Radio Equipment for Radio Stations That Can Be Established Without Notification”” aims to relax regulations on the use of wireless devices that utilize industrial and consumer frequencies, such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and devices for guiding visually impaired individuals. The goal is to support the development of new industries, promote the related product market, and enhance user convenience by enabling shared use of TV white space (TVWS) frequencies.
– Expanded Frequency Use for Devices Assisting the Visually Impaired
– Increased Power for Wi-Fi in the 6 GHz Band
– Support for New Bluetooth Technologies
– Use of TVWS Devices in Specific Areas

台灣經濟部公告修正「省水標章管理辦法」

台灣經濟部公告修正「省水標章管理辦法」第二十一條之一及第二十二條，重點在調整既有省水標章使用許可之展延規定。於 2024年1月1日 前已取得許可之產品，申請展延時得沿用原電磁相容性（EMC）檢測報告，無須符合後續電子控制裝置適用之 CNS 13783-1 及 CNS 13783-2 新標準。施行日期方面，電磁相容性品質要求自2024年1月1日生效，其餘修正內容自 2025年12月24日 發布日起施行。本次修正旨在釐清過渡適用機制，並促進既有合格產品順利銜接新制。

The Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) has amended Articles 21-1 and 22 of the Water-Saving Label Management Regulations, mainly revising the rules for extending existing water-saving label permits. Products approved before January 1, 2024, may continue using their original electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) test reports when applying for extension and are not required to meet the later EMC standards CNS 13783-1 and CNS 13783-2 for electronically controlled devices.
Regarding enforcement dates, the EMC quality requirements take effect on January 1, 2024, while the remaining amendments become effective on December 24, 2025, the official promulgation date. These revisions clarify transitional arrangements and support smoother regulatory implementation for certified products.

MoIAT 加強檢視上傳至官方證書系統的產品照片

阿拉伯聯合大公國工業與先進技術部（The Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology, MoIAT）自 2025年10月起，對上傳至官方證書系統的所有產品照片提出以下要求。自 2026年起，主管機關將加強檢視；若產品照片不符合規範，發證單位將要求重新提供。

• 照片需清晰且為高解析度。
• 照片需使用白色背景。
• 照片需包含 ECAS、EQM 等合格認證標章。

The Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology, MoIAT inform Notification Body to remind applicant that kindly request your attention regarding the images uploaded in the E-service. Please ensure that all images are:
• Clear and of high quality
• With a white background
• Bearing the conformity logo related to the application ( ECAS, EQM, …etc)
